Delete your account
You can delete your account and your data at any time, from the app (Profile > My data & privacy > Delete my account) or by email if you no longer have access to the app. The full procedure, the list of data deleted and the data kept to meet legal obligations are detailed on the dedicated page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
The subscription is purchased and billed through Apple’s App Store. Managing it, turning off automatic renewal and requesting refunds are all done in your Apple account settings. See the terms of use.
How quickly are my videos reviewed?
The coach strives to review videos every day: you may get an answer within the hour, and usually the same day. This time frame is only an indication and may vary depending on the volume of requests; vacation periods are announced in the app.
Who can see my videos?
Only you and your coach. Videos are stored in a private, encrypted space and can only be accessed through temporary signed links. They are never published or shared without your explicit consent. Details in the privacy policy.
How long are my videos kept?
24 months from upload, after which they are automatically purged. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the app’s sign-in screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
What is the minimum age to use For the Real?
15. An age check is applied at sign-up and accounts of minors are private by default.
